Non delivery of courier and irresponsible behaviour
My parent post few important letter to me from Anand, Gujarat to professional courier for delivery on 24th of May 2008 paying 40/- for the service with full recipient address and phone number along with their address and other details. They gave them 2 receipts confirming the delivery within 48 hrs!
When he came to know that I have still not received the courier. My Father went to Anand, Gujarat office where he had placed the order to enquire. And to he surprise to the highest level, nobody in the office even knows the status of the parcel!!
They gave my parcel to some other company.They are hardly bothered to track the things back to me also. Till today Me and My Father are chasing them to get the things back atleast so that He can arrange to send it again.
This kind of behaviour is highly irresponsible from Un(professional) courier service. Steing action should be definitely taken against this Anand, Gujarat branch office.

we are from AGNI CONTROLS CHENNAI, one no. of parcel booked from Mumbai, dated 29-07-11.
but till now not yet the parcel from your side. we was continuosly following to your head office and vadapalni offices also. but they are not give proper response kindly deliver the parcel today itself without fail.
