[Resolved]  Professional Courier — Not giving the receipt POD

Dear Mr. Aadmi,

In reference to the telephonic discussions we had regarding the receipt of the POD. We are in constant touch from April with your Faridabad branch but we are not able to get any satisfactory reply. last week we send an email also on your website.

First we followup with the Professional Executive who picks our courier. When nothing happens we follow up with Mr. Nahar Singh, then we raise the level to Mr. Jhamb. As per the branch they have send the action report but nothing has happenend. I donot know what to do. Thats why I called your headoffice today in Mumbai & they directed me to have a word with you.

I personally as a proactive step called your Sriperandum branch today & request Mrs. Sapna for the receipt.

This was a surface courier of 13kgs. which was send on 01st December 2008 to the the following address. The same can be verified by the records at your Faridabad office-
