whenever i send courier to the madurai thallakulam address, if i have written the mobile no of the addressee, they call from the office to ask them to come and pick the parcel from the office. they always say no boys there to deliver it. the reason for giving mobile no is to reach the address if they have problem while delivering. not to ask the person to come to the office and collect. kindly take necessary action. but happy to say this practice does not exist in anyother branches of professional courier.
