[Resolved] Professional Courier — my application form o[censored]gc net not reached at my destination and return back after 1 month to me

as per the above subject i sent my application for UGC NET on 28th april 2008 by professional courier (umbergaon) to the ragistrar HNB garhwal university shrinagar (paurigarhwal) uttaranchal, last date of application was 2nd may 2008, 4 days were remain to submit the application, i was personally came the courier office and personally checked the branchlist, which is available at the destination point, i was requested to the office staff that it should be reached on or before 2nd may, so he was stamped most urgent on the envelope, after that in the may last i was booked ticket from mumbai to delhi for 13 june, i was sure that my admit card willl be reach within 2 to 4 days, i purchased the ugc net book online and preparing for exam, but on sunday 1st june courier person came and returned the application me, he was saying that no any srinagar in the uttranchal and your courier is returned back, i am very shocked and argue the courier person he lost my 6 month time i am very upset and now i want to take action behalf of professional courier for their irresponsibility sangita r kukreti rcl 6/58 gidc colony umbergaon gujarat 396171 m. no [protected] Was this information helpful? i have completed mca from Madurai kamarj university and they are not providing degree to me.

i am the student of lovely professional university phagwara, punjab.
in this university more problem faced by student.reasons and problem are given below
;
first is constuction is going on near class room .so disturbvent there.
that course is not in university but it is display on propectus.
marking is not good
there are no method to make continuos assignment .here student dont know that hisher ca(coninuous assignment) and not satisfied .
and there total marks i.e. cgpa is 85%.so hightest persentage go only 85 %.
and more problem faced by student in incereasing fee 9% per sem.
now on 3re may some student take action and some lose to univesity.i think it watch on news channel.
then university is closed for 7 days.and ca is calculated basis on the previous test .
so sirmadem please help our and please keep our carrier in your mind.
i accept that a strong action taken against such as university.
