[Resolved] Professional Courier - Chennai — No delivery of Consignment | |
I have given one cover consist of Document vide consignement no[protected] dt 23.1.09 to Professional courier at Mogappair subagent to Noida . Till today it is not delivered which is very important. I have first called on 30.1.09 Nungumbakam Branch office Chennai (Professional couriers) phone no 66202199 they have promised to give me feedback after couple of hours but they failed. Again I called multiple times but they have not given proper response. Today I have called again same office one Mr.Wajith Sr.Execitve spoke to me and he has refused to give me the manager number & he asked to give call to different number which is PADI branch. He said they have communicated the message to Padi office. When I have forced to give me message he said cover has reached NOIDA office from Chennai but it is not traceable at Noida. The srevice of professional courier is not at all professional. I sent a document from Ayanavaram Br, Chennai 23 on 30th Jan 2010 to Gurgaon, till today (3rd Feb), nobody from the Ayanavaram br nor from Customer care at Nungambakkam, Chennai could confirm the status of the shipment. Online tracking is a wasteful feature in their system, it shows no tracking status.
How this company is certified as ISO 9000, No systems prevail, nobody is responsible and no proper communication exists.
It is not a professionally managed courier company as I see several complaints like this in the internet.
Please don't depend on this courier in future.

Your service is not good as past ...i have sent my corriers from madurai to chennai they delivered my coriers only after 3 days ...there is not correct responce from your office vadapalani(chennai)...

I dropped a mail also on the mail id provided on tpcindia.com but all in vain.
It is better not to send a courier or send using some other courier service after 2-3 days instead of sending through Profesional Couriers. You will never be able to trace your parcel otherwise,
