[Resolved] Professional Courier — Complaint related to parcel | |||
Complaint- Hello, My name is Ajay Singh Bisht and I am here to draw your kind attention into this matter that I have sent a parcel on 25/07/2013 through Professional courier, Nehru Place, Delhi and they promised me that my parcel will reach by 29/07/2013 but it has not been reached yet to its destination 5, wood street building no.5 Kolkata. This company is not replying to my any complaint, I have tried to contact them several times but they are not providing me any help. On my first complaint they told me that my parcel will reach by this date 1/08/2013 but my parcel has not been reached yet, after this date when I asked its head office(Naraina, New Delhi) manager Mr. MOhit Mittal ([protected]) he told me that my parcel has been seized by sales tax officers in Kolkata because of some reason. When I asked them a reason they were like, we do not know the exact reason for that but when we get any information we will inform you. Till now I have not get any information regarding my parcel and now they have stopped picking up my calls. My parcel does not contain any illegal item and I am not a sales person whose things can be seized by sales tax. Company has done a mistake, which I don't know exactly so please help me regarding this. Please, look in to the matter and help me about my parcel as soon as possible. Professional Couriers — stolen from packet expertly
a digicam was sent to me through professional couriers from Calcutta to ottapalam which they delivered after 5 days even though it was to be delivered by air.When opened the parcel contained another box stuffed with thermocol.And the packagewhich on despatch weighed 650 grams weighed just 250 g on receipt. a clear case of steeling by the professional courier staff.
A complaint was emailed to their HQ at mumbai to which they responded saying it will be looked into. That's all .and no further replies to my mails
is this how our couriers work after taking money.These bandits should not be allowed to function. we consumers are the ones to see that
On enquiry at TPC/OTP Branch, it was told that the consignment bearing No RBS/1572334 was received by them on 14/12/09 in good condition(damage was not noticed) and the consignment was collected by the consignee, Sri.Ramachandran at about 1500 hrs onthe same day from TPC/OTP Br and was not complained at that time. However, few hrs later consignee complained from his home that the content (not disclosed) was not found in the packet.
The Professional Couriers — Delivery of my parcel
SirI sent a parcel through The Professinal couriers on[protected] from Hyderabad to palakollu.
Till today it is not delivered to that address.
I am contacting in both Hyderabad and palakollu.
But they are not responding to me.
Please help me in this issue.

Professional Couriers — Regarding my Parcel
Respected Sir /Madam,My reference Proffesional courier Airwaybill No: 4085434 which was booked in Ahmedabad on 14th May 2009 to the following name: Mrs. Padma Rajendra Prasad Pagolu, In Website Tracking i found the packet is in New delhi, But the Dehi office People is saying that we did not receive any parcel and call the origin place, when i call to the origin place (Ahmedabad) they told me that the Parcel is in delhi. each and every time i call them i make a compliant and they will give me the compalint No 5840, if i tried to contact them second time they wont lift the telephone, or the total phones will be always busy . i do not know what to do. i complained and wrote emails, till the date they are not responding.really they are giving me mental tortchure.
