Professional Courier Service — Documents not delivered to Destination/Shipment location not tracable | |
I have booked a shipment from oramangala, Banglore through Professional couriers. I booked the courier on 23'rd Feb abd the concerned booking agent told me that the shipment will reach to destination by 25th Feb. I am following with the customer care of professional couriers from 25th feb and they keep telling that we will find out and let you know.But till today the shipment not delivered and more over the customer care people are not in a position to locate and trace the current location of the shipment.I called many times to customer care, always they are telling some thing but still the shipment is not tracable. Professional Courier — Documents Did Not Reach the destination
I have booked a courier from kasargod to Mumbai on 6th May 2010. The consignment number is KGD5707331. Courier contained important documents. Even after one month of booking, the documents didnt reach the destination. I called the customercare of Professional courier mumbai office twice. Each time they told me that the courier has been delivered. I asked them to send the delivery proof. But they never sent it. They take money from us and dont provide the required service. I have lost important documents because of poor service of this courier service.
