[Resolved]  Professional Couriers — Non delivery of parcel, misbehaviour by the authorities when contacted

I am a regular customer for the last 10 years(.) I am regularly sending a cover to The Professional Tax Officer, 11th Circle, Bangsalore-20 containing monthly return of our company. I had sent the same on 12.8.2009 vide your doc. No, 9193426 dt.12.8.2009. About ten time time I had approached your Saibaba Colony office and the say they arranging to collect the POD everytime. No concrete actopm from Professional courier has taken yet. Very sad to mention that your saibaba colony staff are not serious about any matter and simply attending office to spend the time only. Very poor response for the customer's complaint. They just write the complaints in a register and forget. Please arrange to deliver POD (yellow) copy of my above said doc. immediately. Try to extend better service to your customers for better relationship.

The parcels has not yet received. When i contacted they are unwilling to provide any information and also abused me. The parcel being an urgent one I am at a loss.
