[Resolved]  Professional Couriers — Dint recieve the courier

I had a notion that among all the courier services professional is the best service but they have proved me wrong this time..there is a service from Konica which prints copies of photographs and sends to your address.i was excited and had given the most memorable pictures for print in beginning of june, i was told they would send it in 15 days..i am waiting till date and i have not recieved and when i asked them number of times they told me that they have already shipped it through on 30th June. the docket number is[protected]..I am not able to get a proper contact number also of professional couriers..i searched the net and contacted, many say they r not in use and few say it is wrong number.It hurts when they play with our emotions.that courier means a lot to me.Kindly help me out.
