maine is mein bheja tha ek ring jis ka value rupees 1000.maine is ko acchi tarha se packing kiya tha maine is mein brown color tape lagake bheja tha aur main kissi bhi courier mein stapler use nahi karta .
lekin delivery man is mein se item nikaal ke aur stapler mara huva courriers delivery diya huva hai ,aaisa raha to kis bharose se courier mein kaise bhege mujhe to kuch samaj mein nahi aata.sir please aap is ke baare mein action uthayen.

Dear Sir,
My cosine has sent me a Media player from Coimbatore through your courier on 23.03.10 wide docket No. 490498. While sending, he has checked the working condition of the player and tested and he himself packed the same and send it to me to Madurai.
I was received the courier by 24th of this month and I was surprised after opening the box. I was found one stone and one cube inside the box. I had immediately enquired with my cosine and he 100% sure, that he himself checked and sent the item.
I have observed that the box is opened and repacked. I have given complaint in your office on same day ( 24.03.10 ) at K.Pudur and they request me to give a letter on lost of the item. The item worth is Rs. 2200.00. I am really upset of this incident happened in, such a big company like Professional Courier.

We contacted many times to chinnamanur office and Cumbum. We contact Malumichampatti, Coimbatore office also. They told. wrong delivery we will collect and give with in a day. But we are phoning daily. Now they are telling delivery boy is not working with us. We can;t get any responsible answer. Nearly We spent phone for Rs 500/- But no result.

Chinnamanur Courier office contact no is [protected] . We tried by this no. But no response. Chinnamanur Office no is[protected]. They are not giving reasonable answer. From Cumbum office they tried their level best. But that was not workout. We contact Coimbatore Malumichampatty Mr. Chandran, Land line is[protected]. Every time they are telling same answer. They are always giving irresponsible answer. They delivery boy name is But no response.

We are very tiered with this dealing. Finally we contact costomer office. Please make needful enquire and please help us to get the DD to the concern person. We are a regular customer for professional courier. We never get this experience before. We are expecting your good response on this regard.
