I BOOKED A LETTER TO MUMBAI ON 12TH OF THIS MONTH FROM YANAM-533464, NEAR KAKINADA, ANDHRA PRADESH, CONISGNMENT NO:YNM-041896, WHILE BOOKING THEY INFORMED ME, THAT, IT WILL REACH MUMBAI BY 14TH JUNE. BUT TILL TODAY IT WAS NOT REACHED TO THE DESTINATION.PLS. INTIMATE ME THE STATUS TO MY CONTACT NO: [protected]

A parcel was booked onthe 21st of August '09 from Pudhukottai to Bangalore and it is 25th August '09 toaday.. it has not reached as yet. Morover we give a residential address for a purpose and the letters do not get delivered at the given address. Please take necessary action.
paying more than the normal postal charges, we are the sufferers.

I had sent one small parcel o[censored]nder 50gm on 28.05.2008, from Pune to Bhubaneswar from your office at WNC chowk, AhemadNagar road, Pune. The consignment no:3942. The same parcel is not delivered yet. Since you people are claiming that the delivery time is 72hrs, it is false to its best.
