[Resolved]  Professional Couriers — Regardingconsignment delivery

we made consigment from delhi to hyderabad by air parcel 2 days back till now no response from your company ...its very poor service you r providing my consingment no[protected] plz cheak it

I Have send a courier to jamshedpur to my sister's friend . it's very important courier. I send tat on 25/5/09 but still now its is not yet delivered.The consignment no is CJB 3757044. I enquired about the status of the courier in oppanakara street branch which i have send from.. They are telling it is in jamshedpur but if i ask in tat jamshedpur office means they are not known about my courier itself... they have kept their name as PROFESSIONAL but they dont have tat professional word in their work. I strongly unsatisfied with the service...

I have sent a parcel to my friend in Kochi and it has been returned after 5 days without the indication of any reason. When i contacted the local professional office (Perumalmalai, Kodaikanal) they said they have no idea why it has come back !! . The way bill nr of the same is 933951.
I would like to know the reason of the non delivery at the earliest.

my doc. no. DEL[protected] material dispatch on saturday 28/07/2012 by Air. material delivered to Anand Traders, jamshedpur, adityapur, jharkhand..
many times i try to contact your office but all phone numbers are wrong or switch off condition

pls delivered material as soon as possible

we have despatched on 13th may forthe above mentioned courier from Chennai t.Nagar to Chennai anna nagar. but still it is not despatched.
kindly check & despatch it on urgent basis.
