Professional Couriers — late delivery of package

I gave a package to M/s professional couriers kurla branch Mumbai, REF: KUR[protected]after getting assurance that the same would be delivered at Chennai within 2 days & that the same would go by air freight. I paid at the rate of 100 Rs/ kg. They sent the package by rail that too, after keeping in Mumbai for 3 days. The package was to be taken to USA from Chennai by my relative. Due to late delivery , the package could not be sent to U.S.A. They refused to return the money M/s professional couriers are most unprofessional & inefficient . By cheating &taking customers for a ride, they cannot do business for long.
