Please refer to above subject-We sent Medicine through your courior service on 11th sept 08 having good faith as it reaches within 24 hours from Hyderabad to Vijayawada with above conssignment no-But we failed by your result and facing tension & worried how to send the medicine immediately to my 76 years old Mother who stays in Vijayawada-your people unable to trace the consignment and they are asking 24 hours to trace the medicine-today entire day we 3 persons spent to enquire your people on[protected]More than 15 times), they given to contact[protected] Times), again they given[protected] Times) again given to contact[protected]Mr. Pawan who has given reckless answer that he behaved like is not a courieror Employ and argued 15 Minutes without any reason-Then I approached to CTC, Parkline Secbad where I booked the Medicine-They also unable to traced the Medicine-In this regard I may ask you that -this much of tension, followup, worry, mental tension is required us?-At the time of despatch I requested your CTC, Parklane people that this is very important medicine to care that must reach by 12th sept- They assured that by afternoon 12th will reach the destination-
At any cost medicine has reach on 13th otherwise we have to proceed personnally to Vijayawada by any cost-
We inform you and confirmed by your people that today is not possible and 14th is sunday no chance to deliver the medicine-
So we inform you that Please dont deliver the medicine to destination as we our self send the medicine to Vijayawada by Hand-
Request you to return the packet to From addressee at the earliest and pay the charges which we are going to spend and followup, telephone charges and penalty towards failure of system-to take necessary action inthis regard & on related people inthis issue-
I shall wait for your early replyfor 24 hours-It is highly appreciable if you give us an early reply -not that delay as delivered of Medicines-Please dont force me to proceed further legal action and publicity of this issue-
