[Resolved] Professional Couriers — Items stolen from the Parcel | |
On 1th Oct 2008 I sent a parcel thru Professional courier Mumbai office branch to Ghaziabad, UP Details of this parcel is Docket no[protected] I have sent the accor food coupon worth Rs 3000 i.e. two booklet each of Rs. 1500 This parcel delivered to destination address on 4th, and on delivery of the courier it was found that one of the booklet (worth Rs. 1500) is missing. Also, from the envelop we were able to make out that someone has opened the envelop. Since I have sent the courier through Professional Courier they should have taken the responsibility to deliver the courier without tampering the envelop. But in this case not only my courier was tampered but also one of my food coupon booklet was stolen. Was this information helpful? | |

i got the same experience i sent on 6th jan 2010 dress & some gift items Banglore (8th mile, dasrahalli branch Banglore 57) to maharashtra 200 rs i paid.
but their only got dress PROFESSIONAL COURIER IS CHOR !!!
I made complaint about this to their office they used very bad words after that they are'nt recieving phone i lost 1000rs. articles
My 2 relatives got same experience.Some strict action should made against these thieves.government must take legal actions against these frauders.

Did not receive the courier

the package contains :
1: Sherwani
2: chocolates
While sending the package was of 2 kg but when I received it here it was only of 200 gm.
There was a young girl sitting at the counter. on asking about it she told that it's like that only.
They are the big frauds and i think very frequently they make such deceitful pretenses.
I'm still enquiring but nobody from the customer care is responding properly.
