I didn't received the parcel yet. I have contacted at your Cochin parcel office many times. And they are saying that the parcel has noted here as received but they could not find it where it is and still they are searching. How long will you take to find it? Further more I contacted the in-charge of the Cochin office,but he is behaving in an irresponsible manner. What kind of "Professionalism" is this? Is this the way you are caring your customers?

I want to know what happened to my parcel and what you people are going to do if you can't find it.

We had sent an courier 1.5kg ON 5-03-11froM Bangalore to Kudige(Coorg),

Docket No:-BLR[protected]

Still the courier is not reached to the concerned placed, its almost an weak, the courier contains the study items for exam,

As we are calling to Bangalore they are making to contact Madkeri if we call madkeri again to bangalore, please take the immediate action on the issue

We are not getting any response from Bangalore head office, kindly suggest us how to proceed further and also revet us back,
My parcel containing gifts for my daughter and son in law on their wedding anniversary on[protected] was picked up from my residence on[protected] to delivered at guraon (delhi) at my daughters office address but did not reach for 10 days,so inquired with the local office who could not help and asked me to contact their office admin office at chakala,here i met one senior officer mr.shailesh who said he will look into the matter and needed a week's time.I met him again and i was asked to directly speak to the administrative officer MR.RAMACHANDRAN.though he listened to my complain he also wanted a few days to look into the matter,but there was no response from him or his office.I am 66yrs .old and cannot travel too often to his office,though i visited them 3 times.One day on the phone he promised to pay me the compensation .I had spent RS.4810 including the cost of travel to his office.This is rediculous to treat a customer like this more so a senior citizen who has lived in mumbai since birth.I request your office to take this case seriously and bring to books such public service.I am immotionly disturbed because incidence.please help me.Even today ie[protected] my parcel is missing and the officer or staff do not pick up the phone to answer my call. CAN YOU HELP PLEASE.
We have booked Parcel containing machinery parts ( Mech. Pump Seal ) through Professional courier to Guwahati destination. Dated. 27.06.2012 Docket no 784228. this parcel is missing by the service provider. We have contacted to service provider by telephone and email. there is no satisfactory answer from the. they are just telling we are investigating this matter. Also they are not ready pay the value of goods missed. value of material is 7250=00 . Can we get help from ghrahak much in this matter.
A parcel was sent to me from Madhurantakam to Chennai on 1st Nov 2012 thru Professional Couriers. Docket Number is CGL1895444. Yet its not received by me. Madhurantakam branch in-charge told me that it had been shipped to CHengalpet branch. In Chengalpet branch they are not giving proper response and they dont have track of my parcel. They are telling that they moved all the parcels on Nov first without entering in the system.
Anyway my parcel was missing. I have never seen such a worst service with any company which cares the customer. They are not at all replying to any of the queries. They are killing my time in calling again and again.
