[Resolved]  Professional Couriers, Jaipur — delayed delivery of goods

A very important parcel AWB No[protected] was booked from noida on Monday 9th of November to be deliverd to Indian textile crafts ( Anupama Bose-proprietor). Its scheduled delivery was 11th of november. However at 3:30 on friday the 13th of November there is no sign of the courier . The delay in delivery is causing us further delays in our scheduled deliveries for orders booked. As per my conversation with Mr. Pramod of the same company thus far the parcel has not even left the hub for delivery.
