[Resolved] Professional Couriers — WORST SERVICE BY PROFESSIONAL COURIERS | |||
Professional couriers are the worst ever courier services I have ever seen. I booked a parcel from karur(Tamilnadu) to palakkad(Kerala) through professional couriers on 2nd november 2010. Today is 6th November 2010. But still my parcel is not delivered. First they said that the parcel has to go to cochin office and then will go to palakkad office. Then again me and my father went to professional courier office. Now they are saying that they have forwarded the parcel to their Salem office and the parcel is held up there and they also say in the salem office nobody is picking up the phone. Four days have gone past since i have booked the parcel. When i asked where is my parcel now, they are not even in a position to track and tell me where is my parcel and the probable date of delivery. So i say people in karur, please think twice before using professional couriers services as I have never seen such a worst courier service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||

i forgot to ask in the complain, whether any way to get compensation from professional couriers because
on their bad secvice i may have to waste my 2 precious years.

i sent one consignment bearing no HYD 15828896 on 18th november 2010 .destination place is narasarao pet. they charged rs 25/- but failed to deliver that consignment till date.
i am at a loss to know what force on this earth prevented them from delivering that envelope.

Professional Courier — Worst service of professional Courier
Hi,i booked a courier at Chennai- Madipakkam branch.POD No [protected].dt 28/02/2011.Consignee address is Mr.Anand,YWCA,18,Madame cama road,FORT,Mumbai,-400001.Till date (3rd March 2011 - 8.45 PM)the courier has not reached the consignee.Related to that i made complaint No 35000.The madipakkam branch people asked to call in the evening by 7.30 PM to get the update.I called up and they said they are busy please call after 8 PM.I called up again sharply by 8PM.They attended and I told the complaint no they cut the phone.Again i called up they simply telling after 8 we will not respond any calls.I explained the scenario they spoke very bad words instead OF PROVIDING the solution which leads me towards some leagal action since i heard the hated words.brand name is professional but people ,service & process are NOT Professional.

Professional Couriers — Worst Courier Service
I've booked a consignment (C. N. No[protected] from Navi Mumbai to Lucknow on 15th of Nov 2008, they have promised to deliver it by 18th of Nov 2008, but till 26 Nov. there is no delivery.online tracking (on www.tpcindia.com) shows message-
"Details of POD No:[protected] _is not updated in Manifest "
on contacting Belapur office they said it has been reached to Lucknow because there is no delivery boy so we may deliver it by EOD of 26th Nov. They are not enough capable to take responsibility of such a serious operations. Customer Service is only for giving the contact details of the destination office so that we(Sender himself) have to follow them. Overall Courier and their Customer SERVICES ARE WORLST.
