[Resolved] Professional Couriers, Trivandrum, Kumarapuram, Kerala, India — Not getting courier in my house

Respected Sir, I didnt get an urgent courier in my house they told me that come and collect the courier from their office. The office is situated in just 1.5 km away from my house, but they told me that my area is not in there list so they dont supply the courier in my home. I can go and collect the courier, but this is not fair because just 1.5km they dont come then how can they give courier to others. Others courriers (first flight & DTDC) they give the couriers in my house. First flight is situated in 3.5km from my house, yesterday they give one courier to me. Why should the PROFESSIONAL Couriers? KINDIY PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THIS Because this is the 4th time they are doing like this. This is the most arrogant service I've ever encountered with.

The vendor from whom I bought my laptop's RAM was to be replaced and he couriered to me using Professional Courier's service. And now it seems that these have sent to wrong address. To Vizag instead of Ahmedabad. .

Professional courier at MOONAMKUTTY, KOLLAM-4 ( PHONE NUMBER [protected]) has the worst service. They fail to deliver to my office when its just walkable distance from their office. The past few times its only after my enquiry that they let me know that a courier had come . I collected it from their office the past few times but the worst part is that they do not even have the manners or courtesy to inform by phone that a courier had come. How unprofessional is professional courier?!? It doesnt end there, the guy who runs it has the audacity to tell me that i ( his customer who went to him to collect the courier due to his mistake) come only to collect the courier...and neverrrrr to send one.

Today i had to confirn with the sender in trivandrum and at the headoffice in chamakada, kollam to make sure if it had been delivered to moonamkutty kollam...

PROFESSIONAL COURIER, MOONAMKUTTY, KOLLAM -4, HAS THE WORST SERVICE AND STRICT ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM . Contact number of the owner is ( [protected]).
