We have not yet recieved the packet and will it really take 5 - 6 days (Today is 25/04/2011) to receive the courier from Chennai -Ghaziabad? Very bad service and no prompt deliver. Made lot of calls to delhi and ghaziabad office and there was no proper response.Irresponsible answer tooo.Post and pigeon post would be much faster I believe!
Pls do not let the customer's behind you like this.Take necessary action to this

I had not yet recieved my packet till now .the packet was dispatched on dated 10/07/2012 against pod num-15487 .
(Today is 15/07/2012) to receive the courier from gkp -Balrampur? Very bad service and no prompt deliver.i had Made a lot of calls to mob num-[protected] and [protected] there was no proper response.Irresponsible answer tooo.
Pls do not let the customer's behind you like this.Take necessary action to this.
Other wise its will force me to consult my lawyer for consumer forum
