[Resolved]  property — Poor Construction

I purchased a flat in an apartment from the constructor in March 2011 and occupied in mid of the May 2011. I noticed door paint was coming off after few days of occupying the flat. In rain time I observed there is wet walls around the window of my bed room in 2011. And later on I observed few cracks in the wall and door and window frames are having 2-6mm gap from the wall. If you drill in the wall to fix a screw it can be done just touching the drill on the wall. For the same I informed to the constructor but he said there is no problem it happens first time and later on it won't and he did not rectify it on several request. Once he shouted on me saying, whatever construction I am providing to you such construction and material you may not able to get in other place. And he asked me, I should not disturb him for the same problems.
In June 2012 rain time (only two rains), on 17/6/2012 I observed that there was a huge water leak from the window wall and my bed was wet due to this water and my hall ceiling slab also was wet. I drained one bucket full water from my bed room. I called the constructor informing that my window wall is leaking and ceiling slab also is wet and help me for the same. He said it happen in first rain (dialogue) so do not worry and there is no problem in his construction whichever he has been provided. Again I requested for the same than he promised he will visit then decide any thing from his side can be done or not. But till date he did not turn and he is not lifting my phone call.
So, Now you can understand the construction and constructor quality. I do not want to use bad words because after reading this one can understand well.
