plz dont go to this people...

I purchased a flat in an apartment from the constructor in March 2011 and occupied in mid of the May 2011. I noticed door paint was coming off after few days of occupying the flat. In rain time I observed there is wet walls around the window of my bed room in 2011. And later on I observed few cracks in the wall and door and window frames are having 2-6mm gap from the wall. If you drill in the wall to fix a screw it can be done just touching...

We had booked a flat with one of reputed builders of Mumbai, Runwal Builders based in chembur for their new upcoming residential project in Pune posh locality Viman Nagar survey No.214/2 called R-Luxuria in Nov 2009. The construction work had started since we booked. At the time of booking builder showed the registration documents of the land and all seemed to be correct.
As per the Booking form contract the property needs to be registered...
