As per the Agreement :
1. B2 Block at Provident Welworth city was supposed to be given to purchaser by December 2012 + Max 6 months Grace period. It been 3 more months Since the agreement is Broken and no action are taken by provident group.
Provident Management is so reluctant in communicating and giving the solution.
2. Due to delay in possession :
1. I am forced by the situation to get the house for rent with 11 months agreement and pay additional rent
2. Had visited the site very often to get the status and responses given were promising and cheating at the same time as they tried to convince me to get rid of the situation.
3. had to Spent unnecessary time, money and had to face lot of tensions due to delay in the possession
3. Government of Karnataka increased the "registration Fees" by Aug 2013, as a result there is additional over head on each customer who come under agreement to get their Apartment by December 2012 + Max 6 months Grace period are facing the unexpected burden of paying the additional registration fees
The root cause for these issues one and one cause "DELAY IN POSSESSION" of 'B' Block at provident wel worth city.
In spite of writing many mails, calling many times and visiting the provident office at Ulsoor the response was horrible and careless. It was clearly conveying the message that "We don't care" . Do what ever you want.
There are Seven B block, Each Block has Approx 56 two BHK houses. Each Gentle Man / Women who have opted to own an Apartment at Provident Wel worth City are in trouble
IT IS THE SOUL RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDENT AND RELATED GROUP OF ORGANIZATIONS TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE AND PROVIDE JUSTICE IN TERMS OF TIME, MONEY, LOSSES, and THE FRUSTRATIONS I/ WE WENT THROUGH BY TRUSTING THE AGREEMENT AND POLITE CHEATING WORDS OF SO CALLED PROVIDENT HOUSING PVT LTD .
THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM FURTHER DEVELOPMENTS
I would request every one of you who has gone through the frustration and issues to come forward and do the needful to get the justice.
