In May 2021, Provident Housing launched a scheme for their Provident Park Square property in Bangalore. I got a call from a representative saying real estate prices had fallen due to the pandemic, it was a buyer's market, so they were offering low prices. I booked a 3bhk in sunworth phase 2 in hurry due lucrative offers (Fake ones) given to me.

1. I was told i am getting a premium apartment in price of classic saving me about 1.5 lakhs. When i checked the brochure the unit assigned to me was a classic one. I contacted the sales person and he sent me a pic from his system showing it was a premium apartment. Which was not true. During the welcome call the customer care team clearly...

I purchased 2 BHK flat in Cosmo City from Provident Housing LTD (subsidiary of Purvankara) on Dec 2011. I paid 1.5 lacs for one reserved open car park and was assured that I will get the car park near to my flat. It is now more than 2 years my parking status is still unknown. Provident now allotting the car park based on the date of booking and there are around 300 less car parks available within the campus as compared to booked car parks. Based on the data shared by provident my booking date is falling under last 300 due to which i may not get car park inside the campus but no such written communication sent by provident till now. I have mailed them several times but no replies and met with their team as well and every time they ask for another 1 weeks time. As per the assurance from the provident during booking time i am eligible for the car park near to my flat and if it is not possible i would like to claim compensation for the same. Please help

As per the Agreement :

1. B2 Block at Provident Welworth city was supposed to be given to purchaser by December 2012 + Max 6 months Grace period. It been 3 more months Since the agreement is Broken and no action are taken by provident group.

Provident Management is so reluctant in communicating and giving the solution.

Provident have failed to plan and implement what they promised way back during 2010 (& even before) to their customers. By the time the individuals booked their apartments, they would have dreamed about living in a gated community with a higher level of imagination based on what was promised by the builder. But the reality hurts so badly.. starting from swimming pool / departmental store / drive way / childrens play area.. list goes on. Things have ended up in a bad shape which shatters all that owners would have dreamed of. Its pretty much evident Provident disgraced buyers of apartments in Cosmo City.

This is to inform about the status of CosmoCity project, the wrong promise made by builder (Provident Housing) Purvankara group and unable to meet to his commitments.

The major areas of concern are delay in delivery of apartment, using common areas to setup transformers, generator back up, even build houses, selling open car park to customers, converting roads to car park, not delivering club house as promised ( name sake swimming pool, grocery shop and gym) and children s play area converted to water tank. Builder charging extra money close to 70 rs per sq ft additionally.


The builder has cheated totally all its customers, request the builders association of government to take serious action.
