I have invested about 5, 50, 000.00 with PSG Developer in their Gurgoan Project, I have filed complaint with Economic Offence Cell, New Delhi
long back. But there is no response from any side in response of Refund.

I would like to advise you that you have to engage a lawyer then he files a criminal complaint and consumer case in the Economic Offence Wing and District Consumer Redressal Forum respectively against PSG Developers under the provisions of the IPC and Consumer Protection Act, 1986 respectively in order to get back your hard earned money i.e. booking amount alongwith interest thereupon. You have to intiate a legal proceedings against PSG Developers in order to get back the money. I am pursuing a high court case on behalf of complainants/investors against Mr. Yatinder Singh Rana, Director of PSG as per recent order of High Court where the company is directed to make payments to the complainants/investors through High court i.e. by way of due process of law. There are some cases in which the investors have received their money through court procedure.
