[Resolved] Psg Developers — Non delivery of the promised land | |||
Dear sir/madam, I had booked a plot in mahadevpuram with psg developers through an icici bank agent. The amount of rs. 147360.00 was paid to them on 20-dec-2005. I have not heard from them since 2006 and am not able to trace them. I have seen lot of people who have been reporting cases such as mine on the internet and would like to know if i can get my money back from them. i am also the victim of PSG developers. i had booked 2 plots of 500 yards each. and gave them booking amount and two installments for each plot and total is Rs.9, 80, 000 ( INR nine lacks eighty thousand). i bought these plots on suggestion of my friend. after the incident of fraud he filed a complaint on my behalf and didn't send me the copy of complaint. till now i don't know any thing about the complaint because i didnt get the copy of that complaint and don't have contact with anybody to whom i can ask about the case. please suggest me how can i pursue. my email is [protected]@gmail.com..
