Public road — dirty water flowing on to the road

Hi,

On the road near to salarpuria symphony, opp to Begaluru Audi showroom, near hosa rd jn, dirty water has been flowing on to the road from last 2 weeks and now the foot path has become so muddy and wet that we are not able to walk, it is smelly also. Request somebody to look into it.
