On[protected], the product was delivered to my home. However, after opening the box, the air cooler does not work and is defective. I went to the shop right away and filed a complaint, asking them to replace it.
According to the store manager, once the product is delivered from the store, any defective, customers must follow-up with Air cooler customer care (Symphony), and Reliance Digital cannot take responsibility. The response from the reliance digital store manager is unacceptable, and she lacks the ability to communicate with customers and the store contact number is always switched of and they never pick calls . They them self said will not follow any job Ethics .
