Water cooler desert type

We have water cooler (Desert) and it is out of warranty. While operating cooler is not giving effective cool air. Please send the service person at Home for servicing

    We purchased air cooler on[protected] from GIRIAS B H Road Shimoga but from the date of purchase night only the fins are closing and air is not passing through cooler. We raised complaint by the next day that is[protected]. After this they have sent 2-3 times technicians but all failed to correct it. We purchased it for my mother for summer season now rainy season is also starting but the dealer says he can't help anything.
    Symphony Limited customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    It's cleared now they have replaced the new fins.

        Purchased on 8th March 2024. Stopped swing function within a month. Product under warranty. No response from them even after registering complaint thrice. Latest complaint no BL[protected]

          I ordered a product from Symphony on 22nd of April and booked a product with order number Order #65842-1 which was shipped through Delhivery with AWB[protected] to be delivered on 27th of April, they are not delivering the product and false stating that delivery couldn't happened. At symphony, i tried reaching out to customer care at number [protected] but it never gets connected. I need refund as product is not delivered.

              I have book symphony cooler 3d 20 lit on 7 th apr today 12 apr still product not delivered.

              Ii feer that company will cheat me as no phone call or intimation on this. I even can't call customer care. If you call customer care no option for delivery problem.

                I received symphony air cooler touch 35 through reliance digital. The product did not work after i unpacked it. Placed complaint but no action has been taken either by symphony or reliance digital. My 10k is stuck and i deprived of the service that was promised to me. This is mental torture.

                  got assigned to some guy at hubli
                  after 5 days got a damaged product
                  logged ticket, called cust care, send email to wecare, send email to whatever emails available
                  none of the guys care...
                  One service guy said they are all busy
                  i am requesting to take back this junk product
                  it is not worth the pain and we get into begging mode

                    We had purchased 2 Symphony Sumo air coolers in Indore as per bill attached.
                    No body came for installation and we were advised to do it ourselves.
                    However, on installation we do not find any effective cooling.
                    Its possible that these are not positioned correctly.
                    We would appreciate if someone could visit and help us.
                    We intended to install a few more in our project but that would depend on their success.
                    We look forward to your immediate response.

                      We have purchase Symphony Duet Mini Powerful Personal Table Cooling Fan on 18th May'2023 from your website, the same has been delivered on 22nd May'2023 and we have started using it, but unfortunately it stopped working next day of delivery which is on 23rd May'23, we raised complaint and your technician has come and told this can't be repair as this model and product has problem, he suggested to go with replacement.

                      We didn't receive response from company till date. and there is no direct contact number to complain about this issue, we have wrote email on 28th May'2023, but there is no response from them.

                        Even after raising multiple complaints since 2 months there is no response to solve the issue my air cooler has. PCB board is not working for my cooler. Technicians never lift the call even calling them 1000 times. Worst technicians and worst people

                            This order was placed on 1st April. This product was under express delivery. I have been notified that it will be delivered within 5 to 6 business days. Later I got confirmation message that, order will get delivered on 11th April. However, no product delivered till 24th April. I had to call on a daily basis and sometimes once in 2 days and then once in 3, 4 days in between 11th April to 24th April. No proper support, no proper escalation from Symphony end inspite our continuous and multiple request.After that, i received a message on 25th April from ECOM EXPRESS that, your shipment is out of delivery. No one has contacted me via call or directly to our address from any ECOM delivery partner. I called them instead to check on my order. They mentioned that, our vehicle got in to a trouble, hence couldn't deliver your product today. We will come tomorrow. I waited for another two days. No products delivered. Then they sent message saying, we tried contacting you multiple times, hence order got failed/cancelled. I have received no calls at all from ECOM express.I had to wait a month for the product. And then i receive a message that order cancelled. Very disappointed with the service from a publicly listed company. Support team was so harsh and given no proper support.

                                I am buy symphony dit3d i30 air cooler on 22-april-2023 then cooler water sensor and water pump not working. so i call to service center on 22-april-2023 11:27am they told me your complaint is register and service provider come your home between 48 to 72 hours but its 4rth day person not come.

                                  Yesterday I purchased a Deuce 25 Air cooler. During installation, I found its water pump is not working. I registered a complaint yesterday vide Ticket number#CO[protected]. After 48 hours, there is no any Technician contact with me.

                                  Please let me know, how many time to take I am waiting to use this machine?Why would one want to purchase a cooler?

                                  I wish to purchase this cooler due to the extreme climate condition. But I purchased yesterday, but till now it is kept at my room for your kind.

                                  Anyway, I'm very disappointed.

                                  Your early action is highly appreciated.
