[Resolved]  Puma — need of replacement

I hardly wore this shoe 6-7 time and the leather on top is getting torned without any damage done by my side i just wore it normal and in normal conditions.
As the shoes are in gurantee period i visited the same showroom and people over their did not entertain my problem as the told sale period is on we can't help you at this moment and can contact you people through

I'll be very thankful if you could help solve my problem with my shoe
I never expected this type of service at your showroom.
I have attached a picture copy of bill and photo of the shoe.
I think puma people over here are of no use as it has been couple of days passed i mailed them this mail firstly to [protected]@puma.com and then to [protected]@puma.com but they were in vain.
So i thought of mailing u people.
Hope you could solve my problem.
