Hi,

I stay in Kharadi Pune, Near Tuljabhavani Nagar ( LandMark Urban Nirvana). I wish to bring it ot the Authorities notice, that the roads are completly broken and water is collected in all the potholes.The roads in this area are in urgent need of repair. I urge the autorities to kindly take this task on priority.

Also note that Urban nirvana builder collected maintenance money from the residents for 2 years. After the possession give, builder stepped down from owning the maintenance of the property. Residents did not get their maintenance money back.
