Hi,
This is a complaint against puneonlineflorists.com , an online service provider for delivering gift items, bouquets etc.
On 12th Nov, 2011 I ordered a gift comprising of a cake , flowers (of Rs. 1764.00) for my mother's birthday . They delivered the order on 13th November, 2011 which is not acceptable as it was a birthday gift , it means something only if delivered on Birth Day. I also had paid (a lot) extra for midnight delivery on 12th Novemeber.

I tried contacting them but there was no constructive response. First of all you can never get through their listed contact number ,and if you can get through some time all you get to hear is that "we will forward your request to the concerned department". The concerned department never contacted me neither was my call ever transferred to them even after making multiple requests for the same. There were lot of excuses given to me that were completely untrue (lies if I may use this word) including that the ordered was delivered on 12th November but recipient refused to receive it. When I referred to the email exchanges between them and me as a proof that the order was NOT delivered on 12th November, there was no convincing reply ever , the only reply I received in response was again -" we will transfer your request to concerned department". I have all the email exchanges that prove that the order was not delivered on 12th November, I will be able to produce the proof if asked.

I wish to file a claim for refund of my money for cheating, ruining the occasion, refusing to return my money, innumerable phone calls that I made and harassment.

The company is a big fraud, cheating people of their hard-earned money.
Kindly help me get my money back.
