I have applied for a cheque book for my pnb a/c [protected] through my pnb,anushaktinagar,Mumbai-400094 on 03/01/2011 but not received the same till 30/01/11. Ashok kumar, C-5,mansarovar, Anushaktinagar,Mumbai-400094.

Lost my ATM card

I have lost my ATM card ( Punjab National Bank) today. therefore block my ATM as soon as possible.
