[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank Mahalaxmi Br Ahmedabad — Original Documents of Housing Not Given to Auth. Person

My friend had taken Housing Loan from PNB & fully paid the same. No Due certi is given to Bank. My friend was going USA & given me
authorisation to collect original documents from PNB Mahalaxmi Branch (authority letter signed by my friend submitted to bank). But The Manager said original documents has been handed over to Loan Holder only. I request him to send the same documents by Courier / RPAD to Loan Holder's resident which is registered in Bank's record. But He is not Punagree to to do the same. My friend has given Power of Attorney for sale the same premises to me.

Sir Pl guide me what to do ? If there is rule abt Original documents not given thru courier / RPAD copy will be given to me.
