Your complaint is genuine. There are many learning centre which don't provide any experienced faculty. I am also a victim of this. at IPSE

I am studying in Institute Of Public Health & Hygiene, Mahipalpur New Delhi (110037)
There is not good faculty in Institute. They aren't taking care of students. They are wasting our time & I am worried about my future Can anyone help me, because I want to do migration to other PTU learning center. I requested them so many times but they are not giving me migration certificate. so, please help me, otherwise I can't study anymore.
