Dear PTU,
i am student for MGC colleges pandori bhagat. i submit my examination fee 15, 00/- at[protected]. The google pay is showing money transfer successfull but, PTU website show money failed.
i request you please solve my problem, please re-send my money 15, 00/- for i re-submit examination fee.

My Student ID is [protected], Name Pankaj Sehgal. On Student Support portal My profile name Spelling is in correct. Even after logging in 2 support ticket. It is not corrected. Profile name is typo by university employee who have created. Support team is asking to raise Paid Query to resolve. This is unfair.

I my examination fees I paid for the PTU exam in which my fee was debited twice. Hi, I wanted to issue my migration certificate from IK Gujral PTU. I went 2 times for d process . Very first time the lady on desk who is responsible for takao procedure spoke rudely but yet I ignored.They told me that I m in person not required to come for migration process, so I send my brother today along wid all the original copies of certificate.But, I m shocked with the behaviour of staff there . They made him ran from one floor to other till 4pm and still called him fraud further refused to give the certificate as well. The whole issue was NOC by college, which when I got personally had asked about the solution. Stil after doing all possible things at our end, my brother was called fraud by HARPREET SINGH at IK GUJRAL PTU, Jalandhar. It is so upsetting to see how really this staff works to help there students. We are the old students and insipte of helping us, they think we had taken depts from them. It is true harassment to us. I regret deeply for what happened.I can’t imagine someone so irresponsible who can see the original documents n still consider that fake/fraud .

It’s me karma tenzin with roll number 1524258 who completed my degree in[protected] and I have paid my fees online in student support.com and want my DMC to be uploaded as soon as possible in my mail ([protected]@gmail.com) I have to summit all my DMC as soon as possible for my further studies and due to lost of my 3rd dmc and not even uploaded in Ptu.exam portal is delaying my process.

I was an MBA student 2020 passport.
I didn't receive my first semester dmc and transcript.
I have paid all extra charges to get my all original documents but they donot bother to send it to my college.
Neither University nor my college has helped me in this.
They have very poor support system and management.
I just want my original first semester dmc and transcript along with that.

this reminder of my first complain in which i have mentioned that I submitted the marksheet of my BCA and MBA and they said that they have to verify first and then will let you know and know its been more than 15 day they have not informed me . and the no which they have given me is not in use i dont know where to consult and its not easy to go from jammu and come back empty hands because there is no one who will listen or help me . I just want to say that plz inform me about my degree where to apply or i have to come there again.
its been more than 1 month no body contacted me.

I had paid my 2 nd sem fee but they are not allowing us to give the practical viva for 2nd sem. they are asking for 3rd sem fee.they are saying to first pay 3 Rd sem fee then you can give viva.
I hope that you will take some action against them as soon as possible.

Request sir/madam I am student of Sigma college of pharmacy Ludhiana . In this college, there is lot of problems which is face by students. There is 3or 4 teacher . But they can't teach properly. Laboratory are only for show.we can't do any practical. So I decided I can't stay here.I want to leave. But they don't give my original certificate like 10th, 10+2 or charector certificate.
