[Resolved]  Punnu Gas Service — delay in cylinder delivery

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a LPG Indane customer with pannu Gas service,opp.Power House, Near Kapoor Hospital,G.T. Road Ludhiana and my consumer Number is 1395 in name of Mrs.Madhu Bala. I have booked for a refill on 28.10.2010 . My problem is that after booking the cylinder, The staff on duty always said:Your gas is booked and you will get your cylinder within ten days because company is running from shortage of refilling the cylinders.They have never supplied the gas on time and I have to wait for too many days. Many consumers told me the same complaint. I request you to please TAKE PERSONAL INTEREST AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND PUNISH THOSE WHO ARE INVOLVED IN THAT SCAM.

So, following their practice,When last month Ibooked cylinder after pass by an 11 days period, I telephonically further enquired about my refill delivery then staff on duty replied that due to supply problem it will take another 2-3 days , cylinder will be at your door. But , sudden my cylinder in use got finished and Ihave to face alot problems.I am dissatisfied with pannu gas service due to delay of service
