[Resolved]  Purse — Return change as Fake currency

Dear Sir/Madam,

I m Kuljeet from chandigarh . On 25 th sepetember i brought the purse from DA MILANO showroom in sector 17 , chandigarh . Its cost is 7500 and i gave 7000 by debit card and Rs 1000 . Its strange to me they returned fake 500 note .

After few day when came to know about fake note . I went there and they did not agree to investigate matter . Not even willing to return purse when i said them i never want to be your customer .

I need to know what documents i require to file this complaint in Consumer Forum .
