sir, we meet dr. grover with our patient name mr. rajesh guglani on 28.7.2010 with fewer more than 12 days. he prescribe some tests and told us to admit your patient in hospital and the hospital person told us that your patient admit with alankit healthcare tpa with cashless facility.when they send authorisation request to alankit healthcare tpa they rejected the request. after that we contact with alankit,then they told us we intimate hospita about individual policies cashless not allowed after 1st july.but hospital person told us they had no intimation about that. but we are not able to pay approx. 19000 of bill. and also the employ of hospital are misbehave with us that you have to pay bill. rakesh guglani [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Please think 1000 times before admitting your patients in the Pushpanjali Crosslay Hospital, Vaishali, Ghaziabad.
Reg. Greediness and cunningness of Dr. Neeraj Jain, Gastroentrolist and Dr.(Mrs.) KANIKA GUPTA - A big Pagal Aurat.
I would also like to inform about the greedy and cunning behavior of Dr (Mrs.) Kanika Gupa (so called cancer specialist - otherwise she is a BIG SOPT on the EARTH) in Pushpanjali Hospital for the treatment of my wife Mrs. Chander Bala. She was admitted for treatment of abdominal pain. Mrs. Bala was suffering from Liver problem and gallblader stones. After examination and huge tests, Dr. Neeraj Jain and Dr. Cunning Gupta have advised and done overian operation instead of removing Gallblader, as a result the patient could not recover. Dr. Neeraj Jain is also involved in misleading the patients. It seems that Dr. Kanika Vs. Cunning Gupta (a Totally Pagal Aurat) along with Dr. Neeraj Jain is working for the financial benefit of herself and the hospital. They can suggtest operation on any patient who is hospitalised for the treatment for cheating money from the patients because she has no business and has been kicked off from other hospitals in the NCR for the misbehaviour, misguiding and cheating the patients and their attendants.
Beware patients and attendants from this DR. CUNNING GUPTA.
Hope God will teach a matching lesson to this type of greedy doctors and hospitals.

I totally agree, Puspanjali is the worst hospital i have ever seen.
The staff support is bad, there is no concern for the patient, the junior staff are in play full mood and do not take the condition seriously even the security staff, floor man, the room service ask for some money at every instance.
The fees is too high and the care is too less...
I advice u all just avoid Puspanjali Hospital.

I fully agreed with Mr. Sushantverma. Pushpanjli Crosslay Hospital (PCH) Vaishali is the worst hospital in the NCR. The doctors are playing with the lives of the patients. They only want money. the doctors are bebkoof enough. They are unable to diagnose. The lab people are also unskilled labourers, , hence can't report correctly.
For the sake of lives of patients and money, please do'nt go to PCH, Vaishali. I am also a victime of the doctors of that hospital.

The doctors in gyne don’t event give 1 minute to each patient.
Forget about maintaining the history of patient, they even don’t treat you properly.
This if for sure, the entire gyne department is just sitting to extort money and fooling the patients and prescribing the harmful medicines.
They just have good building and a bunch of over qualified doctors who are least interested in knowing the real issues of their patients.
I will never recommend this money munching so called hospital (pls don’t go there ever) to any one.

As explained already in earlier complaints, it seems that whole gyne department including galaxy cancer department is also involved in misguiding and cheating the pateints who come over there for treatment. In gyne department (kanika gupta's department) she always refers the gyne cases to cancer department who prescribes unneccessary and costly medicines to these patients for want of money. A majority of doctors and owners are from a greedy nature of business community.Their main aim is to extort money from patients. It seems that out of 100 patients admitted in this hospital, only 10% are lucky to survive and the rest of 90% may not survive after treatment after paying a huge amount of lakhs of ruppes. dr. neeraj jain, a so-called gastro specialist is also referring most of the cases to cancer department for commission purposes.
Greedy doctors like kanika gupta and neeraj jain have a nexus with hospital for sharing money by cheating patients. Beware these two doctors in hospitals as well as their private clinics. they are cheaters.
Also they no knowledge of their profession.
They are a big fool doctors.

He made me afraid too much saying your father is immediately required hospitalization and surgery which may cost Rs. 70, 000/- (yes it is 70K for abscess can you believe it), He claimed that without surgery my father cannot be treated, surgery is only option and it would take more than a month to heal up. I still have his prescription of surgery with me. His sentences were “if you have Mediclaim it will be 70K else, I can negotiate upto 50k if you pay from your pocket”; also he said ‘Free kaa khana to jyada order kartey hai aur chod bhi dete hai, apni jev se do to dekhkar order karna padta hai bhai. This is not at all a senior doctor’s profession & ethics to use these words, why would he was charging more to my insurance company. After that, I decided not to visit him but take a second opinion from another local doctor.
Nevertheless, can you believe. My father is 100% well now with just a few homeopathic and antibiotic medicine in 5 days only. Means Dr Hemendra needs more practice and study before looking any patient. I know my words are harsh but I am very hurt with his behavior and I want an enquiry and strict behavior again Dr, Hemendra.
