[Resolved] PVVNL Ltd, — Wrong Electricity Bill | |||
Dear Sir, I have a electric connection in Indirapuram, I used to pay my electricity bill online by Credit Card. My meter was not working since January 2011 but i didn't receive any paper regarding this but i was paying bill a certain amount of approx 1500 as my actual usage are very less, when i came to know this i got changed my meter and one person told me that everything will adjust in your previous payments but now they are saying that you have not deposited bill after July-11 even i have the proof now they are asking for 2500 Rs. to adjust my original transactions.
