QuestNet — Non delivery of product
I ordered a gold coin from this company through internet and also made the payment through credit card. This transaction took place on 23 Feb 2008. A YEAR has passed and still I have not received any product. I have tried calling the company agency's number (the one that is shown on site), but it is invalid. I also mailed them regarding this issue, but still no response. The gold coin was priced at around Rs. 30, 000, shipping and handling extra.
