Iam Nutan Vaske , Received TDS certificate NO. 1861 - FORM 16 A , towards tds decuted on income of commission & brokrage.,
1. So far i had not received any income from questnet Enterprises India PVT Ltd.,
2. in TDS certificate PAN no is not mentioned . WHY ?
if i will not get the reply, I have to file this case with LETIGATION TO TAX DEPARTMENT.

If Pan is not mentioned in the TDS certificate first keep proof if any that they had received your pan no./or had asked for it
This is something between u and the company the IT dept cant do much abt it. Though for form 16A u can go and enquire.
