R V Gas Agency — Gas Leakage

Respected sir, My name is Usha Gangadharan, this complaint is in regards to leakage in cooking gas. We had rude experience from R. V Gas Agency. We complained regarding the cooking gas leakage,we went to their office but no one turned till date. Are we suppose to die of gas leakage? More than that they charge 20-30 RS extra on each cylinder.
