this is true.. totlally fake company..and raj supportive consulttancy is fake .. which is located in vashundhara sector 15... not trust on this consulttancy...

Radix media pvt ltd is a fraud company. Yeh saale chor apne ko samjhte kya hai, baccho ke paise loothne ka kaam hai. So, plz frndz do not work for dis company coz it is totally fraud company.The puppet working under viraj, Mrs. Soma also one for the fraud person working in the working. Usko kahin job mil nhi rahi hai to yahan padi-2 dusre bacho ko bewafok bna rahi hai.
Sabse bada kamina, kutta Viraj hai jisko sirf bolna dene ke alwa kuch nhi aata. Viraj is haramkhor, B.C & M.C, etc... so plz dn't join this organization.

I firmly agree with you my friend. At least our government should also define some standards for these kind of malpractices by these cheaters groups/people working. You have mentioned only about Fraud people Mr. Viraaj and Soma, but missed some more Smart people Mr. Bharat, Nishant (done B.tech in Mech., but working as Soft. Eng. Team Lead in this fake group, Mr. Alok (Same kind of status with him). All are running these fraud business and involved in this malpractice. Not only this company, there are a no. of companies (IT, HR, Mngt., etc) running in this Region (specially in Noida/Gurgaon/Delhi NCR) and making money only. They have not only ruined the career of no. of innocent poor student coming from remote rural locations, even they are making INDIA and INDIANS ashamed in the front of the WORLD'S ADMIRED IT INDUSTRY. I am also one of the victim of their, but I can now alert you guys not to run behind the shortcuts and these attractive openings Titles. In fact they are having a master plan to make money from the unemployed people starving fro jobs. I can't rate this company or such type of company even a single Star as they never deserve it.

I firmly agree with you my friend. In fact, there are lot of companies in Noida/Gurgaon/Delhi NCR whose business and policies needs to be audited honestly. I am also one of the victim of this malpractice followed by Radix Media tech on the name of Rax Infotech. I have also paid the security money by cheque and I have all the evidence for that and got nothing from them. I was promised that I will be getting Rs.5000 per month for the 1st 3 months as stipend during training period. After completion of the 3 months I would be getting 10000 per month. Also I will be given a three months industry level training with their experts engineers, but all went in vain. They started the training and during the training they started their worst play with us and whole training batch. Suddenly a test was organised by them and they starting the trainees to make them forcefully resign. Rs.32000 was taken out from everybody in the training batch and all were told that it's the security money which will be refunded back after completing one year with the company. For that all the trainees were signed a Bond asking that we have to work for them for atleast 1 year and then only we can get our security money back. And the company reserves the right to revise and change the policy at anytime. So they did their business in a very small period for a huge amount. After completing one we started asking for our defined stipend which we never got. After two and a half month every one was forced to resign on the basis of performance to receive their remaining stipend and we were told to forget the security deposited. The story doesn't end here. All of them have resigned now and they been issued the cheques for the amounts till there training periods, but all the cheques were also fake. None of them could got cleared due to no balance in their account. We asked for reissuing the new cheques, which they never did and threatened us to forget that they were the part of this company anytime with the help of 3 Bodybuilders persons and laughing on us and our foolishness bitterly. This was my worst experience in my life because it ruined my career that time. As I was working in IBM that time in international BPO, Gurgaon. But I got misguided by Mr. Bharat, Soma, Kamini, Shalini, Nishant, Alok and The Most important Mr. Viraaj (the one man army head of this malpractise). I could not explain you how I was feeling that time. Once I decided to commit suicide that time as I found myself on road in few moments as I was spending a luxurious life even after accommodating my family that include six members. It could be end of my life, but family supported me a lot and now in good position to stand up and run again. So I would share just one message to all my friends- Don't run behind the attractive job titles/offerings, respect your current work and company and your family, because none of the others are here for you.
