[Resolved] Railways IRCTC — TRD REFUND MORE THAN 90 DAYS | |||
I had booked an e-ticket on IRCTC to travel from Guwahati to Howrah on 04/08/2011, but the train was delayed by more than 3hours and as it was a medical emergency I had to take another train to travel on the same day. So I filed for TDR for the refund of the first train ticket I had booked. It has been more than 90days since the TDR was filed but I haven't received any refund, even though I had constantly been sending mails to IRCTC([protected]@irctc.co.in), email ref. no:IRCTC #2075497 . Here are the details of the ticket, please help with the refund.
