[Resolved] Railwire — Vinayaka Networks, Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore

Railwire Internet Services provided by agent Vinayka Network in Rammurthy Nagar is harassing the customer's by asking for over Rs 450/- for the internet connection of 250 kbps. Railwire site displays only 320/ & till now i was paying 360/- only. Now the harassment has started & i am unable to recharge my account.
RAILWIRE must provide direct service & an online way of recharging the package, so genuine users like me, cant be harassed by these stupid agents.

I have the same issue in c.v raman nagar. Agent charges me 800.00 instead of 630.00 for 512kbps. Don't know how to overcome these folks.

I am also facing the same issue in Marthahalli. They are charging 400/- for 256 Kbps. Railwire should comeup with online recharge.

Railwire — Facing Connection issue

I have taken connection with Railwire broadband. I am facing daily an issue with the connection they have provided. Hours I need to spend to call them and make it working. I am not delaying any payments from side till date, then why they are providing such a service to me like this.
