I have done online recharge of my Railwire Broadband Service on 14th December 2023, Bill no. - 12835. However, broadband service told that they are having payment gateway issue due to which the recharge was not successful and they will return this deducted money within 7- 10 days. It is been 25 days that I have'nt recieved the deducted amount.
