hi sir i have gave you the complaint to rainbow gas service sec-28 huda market delivery boy mr. sunder sharma has leakage the gas to other cylinder at home then they gave him the cylinder to the customer.The customer is say to that boy the use the abuse langaguage to the lady customer.so kindly take action to this boy
rainbow gas service — The worst customer service I have seen.
Dear Sir,It's a worst gas service, I haven't seen such a bad service ever in my life. Phone numbers provided by the dealer (Rainbow Gas Service[protected],[protected] is either busy or no reply. I have an emergency, cylinder provided by company is leaking . I have tried all the numbers provided on cash memo # 5800. Emergency #[protected],[protected], KAO #[protected]. Emergency numbers provided are of HP Gas and the KAO number is out of service. I don't know where to contact in case of emergency . I am trying to contact the Rainbow Gas service but the bumbers are no Reply or Busy. It's an EMERGENCY, anything may happen. Cylinder may blast.
Other incident if whenever you want to book your cylinder, You have to go personally . you can't Book your cylinder over the phone . you have to take a leave from your office . if you book by compturised booking you will never by registered for in Rainbow Gas Service they never sent Gas to you . If you Go and ask you will be replied as Your gas is not booked please check you have dialed the wrong consumer number . How come all the persons are wrong .Please tell if I have to go to consumer court for this and have to raise a RTI for the same.
