[Resolved]  Raj Flame gas agency — COMPLAINT AGAINST THE GAS AGENCY

Dear Sir,

DEALER: Raj Flame Gas Agency, Shop No 11, Shanti Market, Rama Park, Uttam Nagar, Delhi-59.

I am Om Prakash living in Mansa Ram Park, Uttam Nagar, Delhi-59. First of all the difficulty I find is the people who are working over there are not well matured, trained person to answer the queries of the customers. From last 4-5 months I am facting the problem for new Gas connection while I have all the required legal docs & registry which sent by the Gas Agency for the new connection. But the people who are working over there they ary denying to give me the New Gas connection. They openly demand for donate with the new Gas connection. Besides this they are selling the gas in BLACK. Moreover they are ready to fight with me & other customers for the same. This is the third time when they threat to me & many people that they will not give the new connection. I came to hear the same complaint from many of the consumer's there. As a result I am not able to take the new Gas connection. I have been very frustrated due to these problems. If I didn't find any solution of my problem then I will have to go consumer court.

Kindly take a necessary action against them.
