[Resolved]  Raj Flame gas agency — cylinder not delivered

Sir/ madam,
I am dinesh joshi, a resident of house no-172, gali no-10, laxmi vihar, mohan garden, uttam nagar, new delhi-110059. We have a indane gas connection by my elder brother mr. chander shekhar joshi whose consumer no is - RF10934. Sir, i have booked our gas cylinder on 7th apr 2012, whose refill booking no is[protected]. the gas agency had informed me that our cylinder would be delivered at our place by 17th apr 2012. after passing that day i contacted to the agency that i had told by them at that time it would be 20th apr2012. so, today i again contacted to the agency but i didnt get a convincing response.
so, i request you to plz take a action on them as soon as possible.
I shall be grateful for the same.
