i am customer with Rajflame gas agency vide: consumer no:RF06459, i had booked my gas cylinder online vide ref. no: 6485161 on 19/6/2011 and iocl booking date : 20/6/2011. while checking my status of my booking i have to come to know the status showing that the cylinder is already delivered on 22/6/2011 whereas it has not been actually delivered till date ie. 27/6/2011. this is not this particular month , this has been happening since 4 months and i had verbally informed the supplier ie RAJFLAME office, but nothing happens. today also i approached them asking about the same, the reply from mr. prabhu dewidi at the counter of the office of rajflame gas agency was that "if you want to lodge the complaint you can lodge to anyone " and ear was given to my complaint regarding answer of that the status shows delivered, then to whom it is delivered. i have to say that these gas agent sells the cylinders in black market and fooling the customers and the IOCL officers. i am attaching the file status of my and 2 more persons booking status, wheras actually gas has not been delivered till date. may i know wether any action can be taken against the corrupt practice of this gas agency or not.
